The Fulling team has begun a new video lesson! Each week in our staff meetings, we watch a culture & leadership video to aid in our professional and personal development. We are currently watching the E.D.G.E series from Adam Tarnow and David Morrison. Follow along each week as we learn the four simple, profound ways to show that you’re emotionally committed without sucking up, selling out, or being anything but the best version of you.

Today’s lesson talked about how there can be such an impact in your environment when you have good energy. Showing up each day with positivity, excitement, willing to listen and learn, and providing ideas to make things better is how energy can affect the workplace in a positive way!

We had a great discussion about how our energy is contagious and can spread whether we have positive or negative energy.  We liked and have used the strategy of creating a habit of being grateful for something each day and then seeing how we notice them more when we look for them.  It’s also great to be aware of what things drain you and give you the most energy in your day.
