This year, our team came together over Zoom to celebrate the holidays in true Fulling style—with creativity, connection, and a little friendly competition! Here’s a recap of the fun and festive moments that made our virtual Christmas party such a hit:
Kicking Things Off
We started with an icebreaker question: What are Christmas holidays like in your household? From cozy family traditions and festive meals to football games, puzzles, and matching pajamas, everyone shared heartwarming glimpses of how they celebrate the season.
Team Spirit in Action
The team divided into themed groups—Home Alone, Elf, and Grinch—and got to work dressing up and snapping creative group photos. The Home Alone team wowed us with their outfits and theme, earning the title of Best Team Photo.
Generosity in Focus
Next, we highlighted our Generosity Challenge, sharing the causes we’re passionate about:
Compassion International: Providing children in need with nutrition, education, medical care, and vocational training.
Hospice of Lake County: Supporting families with peaceful care, equine therapy, and bereavement services.
Team World Vision: Fighting global poverty through impactful missions.
Honduras Ministries: Building clean water sources for communities in need.
It was inspiring to see the passion our team has for serving others and meeting needs that tug at our hearts.
Game Time!
The holiday competition heated up with a series of fun challenges:
Christmas Movie Trivia: Teams flexed their festive knowledge with questions from classics like Elf, Home Alone, and Miracle on 34th Street. Team Grinch came out on top here!
Craft Challenge: Each team created themed holiday crafts using supplies from pre-sent kits. Team Elf’s sleigh stole the show.
Emoji Charades: Guessing Christmas songs through emoji clues proved to be a hit, with Team Elf dominating the leaderboard.
And the Winner Is…
When all the points were tallied, Team Home Alone claimed the overall victory, taking home Starbucks gift cards and, of course, ultimate bragging rights.
Wrapping Up the Fun
From heartfelt moments to belly laughs over Jeff’s AI Avatar character, this year’s virtual Christmas party reminded us of the joy that comes from being part of such a creative, caring, and enthusiastic team.
