At Fulling Management & Accounting we strive to serve our clients well. One way we do that is by creating Success Statements to use in our monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.

We drafted our Success Statements at our recent offsite retreat and will use them in our monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews to track our progress. This tool is great for team members to know their top priorities and how to tell if they are winning in their role.

A Success Statement is a document that shows your tasks on a regular basis, the categories those tasks represent and ultimately to get to a Success Statement that shows the top 3-5 areas they own in their role and how to know if they’re being accomplished. This model was created by an organization called Path For Growth.

We worked on creating these at our offsite retreat and will use them in our yearly reviews to track our progress. This tool is great for team members to know their top priorities and how to tell if they are winning in their role.
