We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Bookkeeper to join our growing team at Fulling Management & Accounting. This role is part-time (15-20 hours per week) with the potential to grow, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute their expertise while maintaining flexibility.
Position Details

✅ Manage bookkeeping for multiple small and mid-sized business clients.
✅ Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial tasks.
✅ Post bank feeds and ensure financial records stay up to date.
✅ Collaborate with our team daily/weekly/monthly to keep clients’ finances running smoothly.
✅ Provide clear, timely communication and meticulous follow-through to keep everything on track. -
🔹 Accounting degree (or equivalent experience).
🔹 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally managing multiple clients.
🔹 Proficiency in QuickBooks, QBO, and Microsoft Office.
🔹 Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
