To get started, please send us the following items before your start date.

 You can send these files via the secure link in your welcome email

  1. W9 Form

  2. Copy of a voided check OR your account & routing numbers for setting up your direct deposit.

  3. Team Member Profile

  4. Please write a brief bio about yourself that we can share on our website.
    Examples: Heather McCoskey, Kelly Roney

  5. Photos for the website - we need a professional headshot of you and a family photo for our team page.
    Here are some examples: Heather McCoskey, Kelly Roney

  6. QBO Certification - if you already have your certification, please send a copy to us. If not, we will send you instructions on how to take it through our account.
