The ELEVATE Summit was a hit!!! On Monday our Fulling Management team spent the day together celebrating this year’s highlights and began planning for 2022 and beyond.
This year's theme was ELEVATE. We Elevated others by sharing "brags" about each team member, sending a thoughtful notecard to someone and learning about each other's geniuses and frustrations (from Patrick Lencioni’s The Six Types of Working Genius). We also identified what needs to be improved in order for us to continue Elevating our clients and communities in the days ahead.
At the end of the Summit, Rusty told us to open a little drawstring bag that was inside our goodie bags. It revealed a wooden plus-sign. This was to remind us of what John C. Maxwell says about Elevating others, "Relationships are quite simple. Intentionally decide to be a plus in people's lives, not a minus. Be a lifter, not a leaner."
