The Fulling team started a new staff meeting series! We are watching The Five Questions of Vision Casting by Jeff Henderson.

In the first video, Is The Problem Connecting, Jeff explains how a clear vision is critical for any organization to grow and thrive. He defined vision as “a problem that you and your organization need to solve.” Positive word-of-mouth advertising fuels growth in an organization or business. Jeff called this “vision casting.”  What are your customers telling other customers?

We talked about how we keep our vision statement top of mind by displaying it on our Staff Meeting agenda every week.  We continue to look for ways to better explain what we do to our clients and prospects in a few short sentences.  Elaine shared that it really is rewarding when the light bulb comes on for our new clients and they understand their financials for the first time & have clarity.  Often having clarity and peace of mind will naturally grow profits.
