This week during staff meeting, the Fulling team finished watching The Future of Leadership is Trust by Craig Groeschel from the Global Leadership Summit 2023.

  • The number one reason team members don’t meet expectations is because the expectations are rarely clear.

  • Be consistent:

    • 1)Be clear what you expect

    • 2) Reward it when you see it

    • 3) Correct it when you don’t

  • It’s not what you do occasionally that matters, it’s what you do consistently.

  • Consistency creates:

    • Emotional safety

    • Organization clarity

    • Exponential impact

  • To earn trust you have to give trust.  You have to take a risk.  The best way to learn is to trust them.
